6 Fun Valentine’s Day Crafts to Do with Your Kids

Are you ready for Valentine’s Day? I sort of forgot it was happening! I knew it was looming but we don’t make a big deal of it here as we try and do little things for each other throughout the year.

I do like having fun with the kids on this holiday though. I don’t think that Valentine’s Day is exclusive to couples. Spending time with kids is perhaps the best way to spend this day! So we normally celebrate with them and then pack them off to bed so we can have a relaxing meal.

If you’re looking for crafty things to do with your kids this Valentine’s Day take a look at these ideas.

6. Get Painting!

Rock painting has been gaining popularity in recent years and for good reason!  It’s easy to do, fun to create designs and it’s actually quite relaxing. Plus, they make lovely presents.

Many people like to paint rocks and leave them throughout towns, trails, parks, for others to find. In my area, there are Facebook groups dedicated to painted rocks and where they have been discovered. People love them!
