Kristie Prada is a British writer who founded the Mammaprada website to document her family's journey of raising bilingual children and share authentic Italian travel and culture tips with other parents.

She inspires others to travel and enjoy the real Italy she experiences herself with her Italian husband through their hands-on time near Milan, Lake Como and in the Italian mountains of Bormio.

Kristie shares her expert knowledge writing articles on Italian travel and culture for publications such as Italy Magazine and TheLocal Italy.

Both Kristie and her husband run a Facebook group which supports bilingual families to raise their children bilingually. They have raised their children bilingually from birth, their children are fully bilingual and one is about to take his GCSE Italian!

Kristie is also a qualified digital marketer with over a decade of experience in corporate communications. After having children she launched her family-run digital marketing consultancy, DuePrada, to gain more flexibility.

Along with many other clients Kristie has also been a community manager for Arte al Sole and SuperCamp Italy, which offer Italian cultural experiences to children.
