The weather and the clocks have officially changed! You can definitely tell with the dramatic temperature drop. For me this means it's time for the fashion trends to adapt as well and bring out my winter wardrobe! I need cosy looks for the cold season and low maintenance casual outfits.

Longline Cable Cardigan

Unsurprisingly this Longline Cable Cardigan is one of the items chosen by Alex Jones for her edit. I have it in Light Camel and it's so beautiful. I love the knit pattern but the main thing is it can be worn with so many items in your closet.

It's the perfect coverup if the weather is an inbetween temperature, at the moment I'm wearing it over a smart tshirt and skinny jeans, but I can see this will work well with delicate tops and warm skirts for evening. Or layered with other sweaters underneath when winter arrives.

The important thing is the texture is incredibly soft and it looks both of great quality and very elegant. I may be tempted by the other colours which are: Pink Blush, Pale Sage and Cream which all create a very feminine look with their pastel shades.

Cotton Rib Front Half Zip Jumper

This is a lovely option for everything from those chilly, Sunday dog walks before a pub lunch. Or a great way to wear it is paired with a pretty white shirt with frilly collars. It not only keeps you exceptionally warm but the knit is very tactile and a joy to wear.

This is down to the pure combed cotton which adds some next level comfort. We love the rib style knit and relaxed sleeves. The half zip and rib to the neck adds precious detail to elevate this jumper to a wardrobe favourite.

Cosy Button Cardigan

I can see this one being a go to item for Christmas day. We all need a soft and stylish cardigan which holds its shape and doesn’t change with wear.

This cosy item has a flattering fitted top, a button-through front and long sleeves to give that good quality look. The ribbed texture enchances your body shape and finishes just below your waist.

Paired with wide leg cords or velvet trousers this has a little wow factor even though it is a low-maintenance style. Being able to throw this on and go is brilliant.

If you love a Christmas jumper but can never find one which suits you, this snowflake design is the best thing. A great choice for winter and perfect for arrival of Santa. A little bit of fun without committing to novelty sweater trends!

This has a classic crew neckline and a slight drop shoulder. The snowflake design is a classic motif and the relaxed fit suits real people and each different body type comfortably.
