Turin Epicurean Capital is a 3 day event in Turin, Italy. The year 2018 marks the 5th edition of the festival and it will take place from 20-22nd June. I organize the event to help promote Turin and shed some light on our beautiful royal city that is still pretty much under the radar despite most famous Italian brands and products being born right here.

Great Italian Cities: Mantova

Many years ago not long after Mr Prada and I were married, we went on an Italian road trip. What is most surprising is that we were still married at the end of the trip as we always argue in the car! This is of course his fault rather than mine! Being in a car with an Italian, especially when they are suddenly back in their homeland means all sorts of insane driving practices seep out! How we got to Mantova is beyond me but it is one of our most memorable trips.

Chiacchiere means 'chatter' and they are called this possibly due to the crunchy sound they make when you eat them! Some people also call them 'angel wings' as they put a twist in them as they are made, creating the appearance of two wings.
