I’ve been a Londoner now for 15 years! I can’t really believe it’s been that long. London kind of gets under your skin and it becomes quite hard to leave. It isn’t all rain and grey clouds either as people might say.

There is always plenty to do in London regardless of the weather. Even taking one of the well known London walks gives you more of a local perspective. London is not a big city compared with other capitals so you can walk between tube stations easily and see so much more.

Go to an Ice Skating Rink

If ice skating is your thing or you love to watch amateur skaters land on their behind! Then you are in for a big treat in London. There are many popular ice skating spots around the city to go ice skating in winter. If you have your skates packed, then it’s time to lace up your skates and hit the nearby rink like a local!

Although the rinks are not open until December, they will remain open till January. What many people love about venues are their beautiful lights and decorations which create a magical backdrop and experience. Although the Mini golf venues are open throughout the year, the holiday season makes a perfect time to enjoy some crazy golfing. These venues provide the best fun activities for the cold winter months.
