This week we’re beginning our feature on houses and apartments for sale throughout Italy. Today it’s Houses and flats for Sale in Milan, Cremona, Umbria & Tuscany.

We know it’s hard to find these yourself, often they have already sold or the prices are inflated on non-Italian property sites.

Each week we will be scouring the country for good deals - but not those which are too good to be true!

Property One

First up we are in the town of Saronno. Famous for Amaretto di Saronno now called Disaronno and Amaretti biscuits! Just 30 mins by car from Milan and 19 minutes by train it’s a brilliant location. It’s also close to Milan Malpensa airport.

Property Two

Based in Marsciano in the Province of Perugia which is Umbria for those not in the know! Marsciano borders the following stunning places everyone wants to visit on vacation; Collazzone, Deruta (ceramics), Fratta Todina, Perugia (views, food, wine). Piegaro, San Venanzo, Todi.

The main church in the centre of town is the neo-gothic style San Giovanni Battista. The facade of the 19th century Teatro Concordia serves as a portal to a modern cinema theater.

Now we head to Soci, a historic town in the Casentino Valley of Tuscany. Known for its rich history, beautiful landscapes, and delicious cuisine. Visitors can explore historical sites, enjoy traditional Italian dishes at local restaurants, and take in the beautiful scenery.
